Oh, how many places I’d love to visit and travel to! I’ve been craving a good beach for the past month or so. Th cold weather has made me a mar manic. I’m so tempted to tap into my savings and take a small vacation just to fill my sea sweet tooth, but my sensible judgment is keeping me from doing so. Not to mention, I’d like to eat in the next months…

Thus my new and perhaps more realistic idea is to break my diet and indulge in exotic food! Enter this amazing Brazilian restaurant with authentic Brazilian BBQ and even better pino colada made with real coconut milk. I’ve made it a date to eat a vacation instead of pay (go  broke!) for a vacation. What a clever way to spend in this economy! Need a beach? Have a tropical drink!

Still dreaming…

After a long absence from NYC (a previous, temporary home), I found it to be less intimidating than before. In fact, it wasn’t at all chaotic as I had once perceived the city to be. I found peace in the crowded streets, the bustling cars and absurd noise. Amidst it all, there I was back in the metropolis that once seduced and scared me, loving being a solo travelher.
